Insightful Assessment
What are the 2-3 competencies that, once further developed, will have the greatest impact on your leadership? We conduct 360-degree interviews with your colleagues and draw upon a powerful personality instrument called the Enneagram.
Customized Development Program
We design a set of practices and self-observation exercises that allow you to embody new competencies and self-correct.
Powerful Coaching Conversations
In our time together we focus on what’s happening in your everyday experience. We reflect on recent conversations and meetings, rehearse and envision upcoming events, and discuss how your practices are going.
Support from Your Boss
Whenever possible, we include your boss in setting the initial outcomes, reviewing the progress midway through, and assessing the results at the end.
